芬兰中小学自主实践性音乐教学模式研究

  (3)根据区域实际科学发展课程,使音乐教育契合不同地域文化发展需要

  中小学音乐教育是增强人们对文化认同并传承的重要渠道。我国地区差异大,不同地域具有独特的社会人文和音乐戏曲传统。地方音乐课程设计可在国家课标的基础上充分考虑地方民情和学情,使其具有更多地方特色和自主创新性。音乐教育管理可进一步加强一线教师和社会艺术人文专家的参与度,使美育能够切实发挥社会文化的认知关联、优秀艺术传统的传承、深厚文化艺术素养的培育等功能。
